How long does my membership last and how do i qualify for a higher tier?

Your dermalogica's membership status is evergreen, starting from the date you qualify for the current status. Your status will upgrade based on your amount of spend in the official webshop.


How can I check my membership status and purchase statistics?

Why my orders is not acculmulated to the purchased history to upgrade my membership level?

Only the successfull order under the status of "Complete" will acculmulate to your membership level.
